It is said that only Human beings are endowed with the power of descriminating good and evil.At the same it is also said that everything in this:”Prapancham “happens as per the “Sankalpa” of the Almighty.Again it is said that God does not interfere with the aftereffects of Karma of each individual. But here again it is said that if one totally surrenders at the lotus feet of the Almighty, even the Karmik effects are erased by the Almighty. Dear Swamiji, Namaskaram. I’m having lot of problems. I was regular viewer of ‘Bhagavadamrutham’ ., but nowadays I’m not. I’m chanting Vishnu Sahasranamam and Narayaneeyam (Dasagam 1,2,3,87,and100 only) daily without fail. But I don’t know the meanings of all the slogas. Is there anything wrong in chanting the Vishnu Sahasranamam and Narayaneeyam without knowing the meaning? Please do reply. Premakumari Vasudevan.

Pranam, Recently I have been listening and noting few inspiring thoughts from your discourse. I prefer to chant any mantra inwardly. iam comfortable that way. I like praying silently but i like chanting Lalitha Sahasrnamam and Aditya stotram. I have erased too many stotras stored in my computer. Our only child(daughter) is married. Till late I was feeling lonely if my husband was not there. Much anxious abiut my future incase if Iam left alone. Now I feel bold. Basically a short tempered but soft hearted, feel very calm. I want to be a elevated person useful to society.

Pranams Swamiji, I want to know how to overcome this internal fear I have all the time.I always Am scared that someone dear to me is going to get hurt .I dont fear my own death …but I cant handle the thought of my loved ones going.Its a constant fear and really upsets me.I have never told anyone of this fear. How can I not me attached to my parents , husband and my own son? I try to apply the teachings of Bhagavatham in my life inorder to uplift my thoughts from these fears…but its not really helping me.
