Hari Om Swamiji, On Saturday, u said the Mahamantra is “Hare Rama Hare Rama Rama Rama Hare Hare, Hare Krishna Hare Krishna Krishna Krishna Hare Hare.” But Iskcon says the maha mantra is “Hare Krishna Hare Krishna Krishna Krishna Hare Hare, Hare Rama Hare Rama Rama Rama Hare Hare.” Which is the correct one? Moreover, Iskcon says we have to always chant on the beads to count the number of rounds we can do. It is necessary that we should always chant on the beads? After listening to your discourse, i have started chanting everytime, while working etc. Is it ok or should i chant on the beads only? I try the maximum to concentrate on the Lord all the time by chanting continuously. Awaiting your reply, with due respects.

Please give the meaning of the prayer – Udhyam Udhayam Bhodyam…. – you have advised me this prayer & and I saying this alongwith other prayers in the morning & evening, The meaning was telecast this morning but there was a disruption on the cable & I couldn’t listen properly. Swamiji, my niece & family met you while in Malaysia , they were very happy, and they will be getting involved in more satsangs there.

Respected Guruji, My pranamam first of all. Thank you for enlightening me a lot. Last week I have asked a doubt about ringing of the bells in temples, I havent got the reply. Anyway I am repeating the same. What is the purpose of ringing of the bells. Non-Hindus are not allowed to ring the bells , why is it Swamiji? Please enlighten me. Thank you and pranams.

Dear Chaithanyaji, Thank you for the response on the topic keeping the environment clean. I have not been waiting for anyone but have been in this process of persuasssion of others in my little way for sometime. However, effort by an unknown individual will not have its impact in a manner in which we expect and hence I was only seeking help from those who can have an influence on people at large. And, I believe from historical experience, if a preacher in spriritualism is the one asking the people at large move in that direction in a manner unheard if someone else ask for the same. From my side, I am returning to Kochi/India by end Oct 09 at least for few months and will be ready to join any core group that are ready to volunteer. Is it possible for you to to also mention this topic to all those coming to listen the Bhagawatamrutam.
