Dear Bhavani, Both Paramatma and Parabrahma are the same.
When you look at others’ eyes, the light in the eyes represent the Chaithanyam within. When you think about their qualities, character and their lives, you lose this vision and fall into a compassionate mood; this causes pain.
Dear Bhavani, Yoga, pranayama, meditation, japam and singing bhajans can convert lower energy to higher energy.
Dear Bhavani, Getting spiritual energy can be experienced only through the surrender of the mind. As long as you imagine the surrender, the experience of the spiritual energy remains at the level of imagination.

Dear Bhavani, When such thoughts come, think about the Lord in a beautiful form. Consider HIM as husband and imagine HIS loving touch. Surrender your mind at HIS feet. Convert the ‘Kamam’ into divine love towards Lord.
