Pranam Swamiji I am writing this not with my “I” ness and “my” ness (Ego). I am a regular practitioner of meditation since last so many years. I was travelling from Pune to Mumbai along with my family. The train started from Pune station, immediately a woman with a small child on her hand and another child catching her other hand with a heavy bag on her shoulder started crying and tried to jump from the train. She wants to catch Sholapur train going in the opp. direction. Children also started crying and there was a total chaos in the compartment. Immediately I jumped from my seat and pulled the chain and the train stopped and they got down safely. The problem started after words. The train was not started for a few minutes and some of the passengers turned against me. Because of you the train stopped, now rlys will not leave you, they will fine you, all system failed bla,bla,bla. My wife sitting beside me told them we are ready to pay the fine and for us three life’s are more important. After investigation train started and rlys appreciate me. Swamiji all this is happening spontaneously due to a guru Krishna like you. No words to express thanks

A true Yogi can experience it consciously, as he is a witness. At the time of death, mind captures all impressions from senses and thoughts and leaves the body. The various Pranas leave the body at various times. Mind alongwith the Vasanas takes another body and continues its journey. HariOm!

Swamiji Which meditation is better ? Watching breath in and out and total awareness (Vipasanna ) or Pranayama – regulating incoming and outgoing breath.

I was blessed to attend Swamijis sapthaham happened recently at Perur SriKrishna temple,Trivandrum.The main point I got from the same was we have to control our mind ie by practicing pranayama & meditation which makes our mind stable that nothing will affect us.I want to come to that stage.B’coz everyday i have something or the other to worry.My query is that each time when i try doing meditation,pranayama there is some force which stops me from doing .How to avoid all these and practice daily?

Dear Swamiji, It is said that jeevatma is situated in heart (hridayanther bagam / hridaya guha) where as kundalini sakthi is in mooladhara. Is this jeevatma and kundalini sakthi are the same. In case kundalini sakthi to reach sahasrara padma, it has to break 6 chakras. But these chakras will be always blocked with negative thoughts/vasanas. How can we clear / cleans up these chakras. Pls advs.
