Pranamam Swamiji, Swamiji, there are two forms of energy that is holding us, isn’t it swamiji? One is inner consciousness or the chaithanyam and the other is the ‘kalam’. But only ‘Bhagavan’ appears as both these energies. He is the ‘chaithanyam’ inside us and also he comes in the form of kalam to give our karmaphalam,isn’t it swamiji? A bit confused.

Meditation is like a tool. Luck means the Karmaphalam which appears to be not attached to any of your past karma. But that is also past Self effort only according to our Scriptures. HariOm!

Dear Swamiji, Lord Krishna says ”One who is unattached to the fruits of his work and who works as he is obligated is in the renounced order of life, and he is the true mystic, not he who lights no fire and performs no duty.” (6:6) Swamiji could you please explain the real meaning of this. As a student what should be my aim ? Should my aim be to get good marks or to compete and top my class ? Swamiji I really don’t like competition but I’m forced to compete and become the top in my class. So I always feel very stressed during exams. When I keep my aim as getting good marks, I feel very tensed while writing my exams thinking whether I’ll be able to get good marks.I won’t be even able to complete my exams due to this and also I’m not able to study simply without expecting any results. How can I study peacefully? What should be my aim?

I have heard that Poonthanam Namboodiri, who was very attached to his son, overcame his grief over the loss of his only child and attained the supreme by accepting Krishna as his son and thus Njanapana was composed. So can a deep wound or personal loss be accepted as God in a male or female form and then begin the upasana that way?

It is not the mantra which you recite but the involvement, your total dedication that takes you into the true experience of God . Think which mantra Ratnakara recited to become Valmiki. He even wrongly spelled the mantra, but dedication was total and that made his transformation possible. HariOm!
