During exhalation, chant AUM (or any other Namam) loudly or in a small voice. You can chant other Namas mentally. HariOm!

Swamiji, your sapthaham’s reformed me a lot. After hearing your sapthaham’s iam interested in asking you a doubt. My doubt is about life. In life, we develop knowledge,we study hard to get a good job,we learn other cultural activities…etc Whatever we do the end of everyone is death. Swamiji, then what’s the use in doing these things? I know this question is a bit stupid but i want to know the exact reason. Swamiji, I thought if you could share your views about life to me. What are our duties in our lifes? Dear sir, I have not yet read Ramayanam properly…but i know the story and i strongly disagree with Rama in his decision to exile his pregnant wife. I have been told that Rama fulfilled his duty as a king. But i believe he failed as a king as well as a husband. Being a king he shouldn’t punish a person who he knows is innocent. and as a husband he should protect his wife at any condition. But as he didn’t do anything he has fallen down in my view. I cannot accept him as a perfect king or being called ‘purushothaman’. If i am wrong kindly explain me the justifications behind his actions.

Guruji Panam, I had a little bit confusion to solve my problem.Am doing regularly meditation,nama japam & becoming more & more aware all things.am getting all positive thoughts frm innerside & neglecting negative thoughts.Things are going very well Actually am having girlfriend,4 months before we both quarreld eachother & not even showing our faces but recently she came to me & compromised again.Now my question is frm the last 3months am concentrated very well in meditation & preparing for banking exams,when she came again am getting disturbed while doing meditation & unable to concentrated properly.am little bit worry whether to avoid her In geeta also Sri Krishna says knowledge(gyanam) is covered by lust(kamam) so pls guide me the correct path.I will follow ur instructions & my other question is why people are more affectionate to eachother when they are close & there is pain when they are far to each other.
