I have doubt regarding mode of worship of Lord Shiva.In temples Lord Shiva is represented as Shivalingam.In normal images Lord Shiva is depicted in full human form or as Ardhanareeshawara.Actually hat does the shivalingam reprsent and in which form we are supposed to meditate?

Guruji Pranam – being my Guru, you did mould me lot and I inspire you for many wonderful things that you had lead us to, but still I personally know that there are few grey areas within myself which I could not come out. 1) My mind at time feels jealous of few things which is the first thing I want to move out of. 2) I am happy with my present life, except few work pressure and internal politics which every normal human need to need pass through in their routine life which I also face, while I would need your advice to overcome on all circumstances as such. 3) Having reached forty, now my view is also to be part of a member group where I can lead the upcoming generation through positives and serve the society, I don’t know from where I should start.
