Mantra deeksha is a conventional method in accepting an ascetic life. But being spiritual is a personal commitment to yourself to keep your mind pure. Such a pure mind is most essential to experience the presence of the Lord every where. HariOm!

Many people have a concept that meditation should be given free of cost. But they do not understand that when there are expenses to be met in conducting the courses, financial aid in some form is needed. HariOm!

Elimination by replacement is what you need to do. Replace a negative thought like “I can’t do this” by a positive thought like “if God is with me, why should I step back? I CAN, I MUST, I WILL”. Constantly replacing your negative thoughts with positive thoughts will help you.
