Swamiji pranamam, This time during my visit to my hometown I just joked with my family members that get prepared to accept a christian boy as your son-in-law.I just do not know how I escaped from their criticism.I know they are very well involved into spirituality, devotees of Sri Narayana Guru,Sri Sri Ravi Shankar and politically into Communism. As it is said practice makes man perfect. When your meditation, Japam, Pranayamam etc. are happening out of very sincere involvement you will develop mental balance and strength. HariOm!

Hari Om Swamji I have one doubt, while praying in temples my parents told me not to pray bramarakshas in standing position instead of it while walking only should pray. Why it is like that? Pls give me your valuable advice.
