Swamiji, My aunt is not married ,lives alone and is devotee of Guruvayoorappan..She stayed very near to the temple so that she could visit the temple everyday by getting up early. She did nama japa ,read spiritual books for many years but for the past two years she has been diagnosed with depression ,anger and health issues. No one is ready to take care of herself due to this stage. My question is by doing all these meditation , nama japam etc.. why is that she reached such a stage after doing everything that has been prescribed in upanishad…All scriptures say we must pray in a quiet place , try not getting attached to family , friends etc… My family losing the trust in prayers.. Can you give us a remedy

Sir, This is not a question, a sadfull request. There is lot of saints in Hindu culture . they are trying to spread bakthi. But no one trying to remove anachar in Hindu . Like Jothisam.
