We should bring up children in a disciplined manner right from their childhood. They must wake up early in the morning and do Nama Japam etc. Sage Viswamitra taught such an orderly life style to Rama and Lakshmana. HariOm!

Worship is not to create warship in the mind, unfortunately now it is turning in that direction in all religions. Worship is to help us to to evolve from a weak mind into a strong mind. Then alone one can face all situations peacefully in life. HariOm!

It is all about the result of meditation if you practice sincerely. ‘Thrayambakam’ means wisdom born out of meditation; it will make your life so divine(suganthim pustivardhinim). Then you grow from weakness into strength (urvarukam eva bhanthanath muksheeyam) and finally achieve a complete balanced life (called amrutham). HariOm!
