Dear Swamiji, I believe that there is only one god. I want to know whether he is formless and attribute-less as Adi Shankaracharya told? Then we need not pray to a form right? They say that shiva is the lord of spirituality at the same time krishna is the one who gave us Bhagavad Gita… Whom should we pray to? krishna or shiva? I know all are one but still I have this confusion. I consider krishna as my guru and I surrender to him. I believe that he is doing everything and i am only a tool in his hands. Am I doing it right? Thank you for your reply.

I am a working woman. My MIL is sick and down with cancer for 2.5 years now and we are taking care of her. The problem is I do not mind taking care of her but she is too sarcastic and hurts me with her sharp words and tries to dominate even now. The only mantra which my husband keeps telling me is ADJUST and that is what I have been doing now for the past 15 years. My husband’s sisters and brothers are staying abroad and all they do is just call and enquire over phone & come and spend their yearly vacation of 5-10 days with us. But Whenever they send us photos of travelling like Disney land, Grand canyon, Zoo etc (America photos) with their families, I am not able to digest. Instead of enjoying the photos I become jealous…Here we are not even able to go out to temples during weekends or take my children out and they keep enjoying their lives. I am upset for 2-3 days and then come back to normal and start adjusting again…As of now my husband becomes my target and I do not talk to him/show my face those days Is this normal or am I wrong somewhere…What should I do to control myself whenever it erupts??

guruji it is said that everything happening in our life is the result of our own karmma.but nowadays we see so many who suffer a lot,even if they lead a noble life.when we hear about their suffering we might think ‘why this happen to such a good person?’.there are also some mischievous people who enjoy all benefits in their life…when you want to punish someone or scold someone for a reason.we should do it immediately.not after 10 or 20 years.they will find it difficult to understand their fault,and won’t get chance to correct themselves.if our sufferings are because of the karmmas we did in the previous birth which is totally strange to us how can we accept it and understand it.how can we correct that mistake?

Pujya Swamiji, Hari Om : My brother-in-law passed away in the month on September 2012, leaving behind his wife. They do not have any issues, now the problem is that she is not co-operating with any of us at home, at present she in Bombay, so all of us are disturbed, we are planning to shift her to old age home and she is a diabetic patient , she is stubborn and she wants us to do everything for her and she goes on cribbing for everything. RESPECTED SWAMIJI. I have one doubt regarding our spirt. Why god is sending ‘SPIRITS’ to this world to learn what is true in life . According to my small knowledge all spirts are originating from god. Living different kind of life in this world taking different kind of ‘ JANMAS’. After the ultimate discovery of the meaninglessness of worldly life and knowing only that chaitnya is true, he will get mukti and go back to the place where he originated. My doubt is why god is doing like this.
