Dear Smithaji, If you are interested in spiritual progress then better avoid non veg because it affects one’s own mind negatively, than the vegetarian food.If you read Gita 7 th chapter 9,8 and 10th slokas you will get the suggestions given by Lord Krishna . HariOm!
