I am very tensed with the present company atmosphere. Here there is a person, XX, who along with the CEO of the company worked in the some other company prior to this. The CEO or the owner of the company is running the company under an international brand label. Now this person, XX, is a pain because he interferes in every single thing of the company to show he is the main person. He fires anyone in front of anyone irrespective of one’s qualification, eperience and age but out of these too he prefers people from his own state in India. For rest he is more leathal in his words. As soon as I see him or think about him, I get furious, I get scared, etc. A lot of mixed emotions. There may be people like me who dont know everything even though they are in the same feild since 14y or so. To them this guy is more dangerous. If you say anything against him, he can do the cheapest of the effort to harass, embarass or terminate you from the job. The top management relies on him like what ever he says is correct, even if he may be not correct or accurate many a times.There is no way that he could be avoided Whatever, I cant work in a relaxed manner because of him. NOt only in this company, I find such persons in all the companies which I have worked in. I would love to stick to one company for a longer period, but its not getting possible anytime. Kindly suggest a good remedy for this.

HariOm! When one understands the power of one’s own mind to experience God while living here is the highest Karma one has to do here. Sharing the experience to uplift others is the highest Dharma one has to really follow.

Hari Om Swamiji, Let me point out a doubt here…It is told that we say pranaams as a part of greeting our souls/jeevathma, as per Indian culture. But we also do namaskaars to a dead body -from which that chaithanyam is gone!! If “shivam”((chaithanyam) is gone –it is “shavam” ( as I know). Kindly make it clear- what is behind this?
