Swamiji, Im 27 yrs. Unmarried. My mind is full of lustful toughts. Im wasting many hrs a day for this. Im not able to concentrate on my carrier nor spiritual life. Im unhappy with myself for this. Even if i read spiritual books like Bhagvat Geeta i just miss the link after 1 week or so and same old pattern continues. For past 10 -12 yrs i hve been going through this. Pranam Swamiji!!!! I always follow yourwords and do try to change myself in a positive way. I cannot say fully as my present circumstances are wierd in every aspects, but yes to some exted i could achieve mental balance. My effort to achieve fully will continue. Swamiji, I need a clarification. Suppose I went to a shop to purchase few pens. I saw them which the shopkeeper presented, and I selected one out costing 20/- each. I gave 100/- Rs and asked to give 5 such pen and by mistake if the shopkeeper handed me 6 pens. As I have heard from my elders that all our ill deeds have its negative impact at the end, like Newton’s 3rd law of action and reaction, so I called the shopkeeper and returned the 6th pen back. Now since then I started feeling loss of opportunity, it began to haunt me from inside, that I should have silently slipped the 6th pen in pocket. Now the action of giving back of pen (good action) is hurting me. And you once said in your speech that “there is nothing called sin as such, all are the beliefs of soul”. Now being kind to the shopkeeper and not making loss of rs 20/- to him makes me feel bad, and vice-versa would have brought joy to some time. So swamiji, how to discriminate between action? Committing a sin like that doesn’t make me feel guilty and am happy, so is there curse in being so? This is what i want to ask. Doing good with irritation and doing sin with happiness is the situation. If soul (atma) is all……. then my atma is happy by the act which society call sin….. Then is such act with which my inner self is happy ….can be said as wrong act.
