hari om…my wife is pregnant and is 2 and half months now, i just want to know if she can chant mrithungaya mantram (om thriambakam yagamahe……) / and rudram….., because some people are saying that during pregnancy ladies should not chant this manthram….pls advice……your beloved …..Ranjith Chandran

Pranam swamiji, Thanks for the reply. Swamiji, when we have surrendered to the paramathma within, do we need to have a live guru, ofcourse guru is the only person who can guide us through the proper way, but isn’t it said that the guru is within ourself, so can we reach the goal surrendering to the guru within. What are the steps to be taken care of , for such an approach. Thank you.

Dear Vinodji, Divine love develops by listening to the glories of the Lord (Shravanam) constantly and meditating on the form of the Lord. HariOm!

Pranam Swamiji, You have mentioned that take breath in and hold and while breathe out recit AUM. You have also said while inhaling chant hare rama hare rama rama rama hare hare and while exhaling hare krishna hare krishna krishna krishna hare hare. So when to do this. Both cannot be done simultaneously.
