Hari Om Swamiji, The scriptures say that the kurushetra war is a dharama war where the war is being fought between dharma and adharma. However, we see that pandavas and their side under the influence or suggestions by Sri Krishna had to do many things which we term as adharma to bring down the kaurava army. For eg, how Bhishma, Drona, Karna, Dhuriyodhana and all were killed. Also Sri Krishna says that your goal if dharmic is more important that your path to reach to your goal to the Pandavas. So how can we say that the kurushetra war is a war for dharma? and also is it fine that we follow few adharmas as long as our goal is a dharmic one? Looking forward for your explanations. Thank you!

Namaskaram Swamiji,In Ramayana, after Sita Swayamvaram, Parashurama meets Sri Rama and confronts him for breaking the Shiva’s bow. Later he recognize Sri Rama and bows to him. What is the tattvam of this story as both are Maha Vishnu avatars? Pranamam Swamiji, I prayed and promised in front of GOD in a temple, that I won’t drink or smoke but after a bit long, I did had a couple of pegs, though in a very controlled manner. But the moment when anything bad happens in my life or if something is not working my way or if, sometimes, I tend to become a bit negative…, that breaking of promise to GOD haunts me. Then I did promise again going to the same GOD and the temple. But again after sometime the same happened. My question is: 1. Is it because I break the promise, do I get all the negative thoughts or anything getting bad in my life?2. Is it OK to have few drinks to hang out with my intimate friends in a controlled manner or at an official party where things get discussed with the superiors or where there is also a chance for promotions within the company by coming close to the bosses?
