Namaste Swamiji, I am a boy of 16. Many a time I have had fierce quarrel with my Mother.The thing is that,once the quarrel starts off,she tells anything and everything she wants and I listen to her without much arguing.But,once she says whatever she wants,she is reluctant to hear what I have to say and often shuts the door of her room.As a result,I cannot tell anything back to her to clear my stand.And she claims that she is self controlling,thats why she is shutting the door.This action of her annoys me a lot.And also I cannot agree,rather digest everything what she says.And when I try to speak her in a peaceful manner,she starts namajapam without paying any attention to what I have to say.This hurts me a lot too.The same happens when there is a quarrel between my mother and brother also.My mother also listens and reads topics related to Adhyatma also. Hari Om!!! By Lords grace, my parent’s blessings i try teaching chanting of Bhagavat Geeta, Vishnu Sahasranamam, Ram Raksha etc. to children and their parents. Your pravachans are a great source of inspiration to me and my child. Swamiji, some people give money. What should I do? Should I accept it or reject it? am i not just serving God by sharing what my parents taught me? It is after i attended your discourses on Bhagavatha Sapthahayagnam in October 2005 and 2006 at Goregaon (W), Vivek Vidyalaya School, that i started reading Srimad Bhagavatham. i am glad to inform you that i started teaching my child to chant the slokas from The Bhagvat Geeta at the age of 4 years and by the time he was 12 years he learnt to recite all the 701 slokas alongwith Dhyana Slokas and Mahatmyam. Respected swamiji For the last 3-4 years, I have been attending satsangs and have developed interest in listening to scriptures and their interpretations and also talks from different acharyas. I am now 44. However, I fail to apply what I have heard and understood when I face problems. I have been taking medicines for mood disorder (known as manic depressive psychosis in medical language.) since 10 years. Ofen I get irritated suddenly for simple things with my aged parents and wife. We live together. We have no children. I repent later and become anxious. I wish to participate in your proposed spiritual camp. I am unable to resist my temptation to indulge in smoking although it is not heavy. I have tried to practise yoga since 2007 and now also continuing. However, it is not consistent and unable to do the asanas properly. I also attended Medication training camps twice. Still —- Kindly give me your valuable advice
