Dear Sunil, We are constituted of Sthoola (body) and Sookshma (mind) shareer. Chaithanyam is the One that unites the mind and body together. Since the Chaithanyam is the source of the mind, we call it the Paramathma. Mind is called the Jeevathma (“I” consciousness rises).
