Dear Swamiji , My son is studying in 10th Std CBSE school. He is always playful. Since he is in 10th Std he is supposed to study atleast 3 hours daily. He hardly spends half an hour for his study. Most of the time either he is busy with his home work or projects. Unless told to him he avoids sitting with a book to study. We have also taken him to a adolescent pyschologist to give him more inputs on memorizing techniques and study timetable. He does not follow any of the inputs given to him on study matter. His average grade for the first term falls in 60-70%. Inspite of repeated advice to him on all real life situations if his academic grades are poor, he does not take things seriously. He has no fear of exams nor he has the fighting spirit to compete with his peers. He does not listen to our advices on a daily basis 365 days in a year. Kindly help us to handle him since his board exams are fast approaching. I had attended your discourse at Bangalore on 16th Jan 2017.

Swamiji, you helped me a lot….My problem is …In 2013 when I was doing my btech njngalude veedinu vaasthu dosham undannu paranju my uncle(father’s sister’s husband) njangalude veedinu backilulla uncle nte Veetil enne nirthi for 2 days not remembering correctly. I used to sleep with my chitta. One night when chitta was outside the room uncle kissed on my forehead. I cried loudly ,chitta came and I went back to my home. Uncle misbehaved me in many circumstances….After one year one very dangerous thought attacked me… Whether he rapped me or not? I keep asking this question to me for a long time…And my mind gave me the answer no. Only he kissed me. newspaper TV okke kaanumbo rape cases, Botham keduthi rape chaythu ennoke vaayikumbo veendum problem. I spent one night with my chitta there. At that time uncle enne valla bodhm keduthi enthenkilum chaytho? From that moment onwards i am not able to study properly. News kaanunnathuvare I was studying with a peaceful mind. But now all broken. I like studying. I am a top scorer in my 10th and12th classes. Engane thoughts varumbo aake thakarnnu pokunnu Swamiji..Swamiji is it a psychological problem? I have my Gate exam on Feb 5th..I can’t study with an open mind. How can I get out from this?
