Pranamam Swamiji, I have heard in a discourse of Zakir Naik that we have the canine teeth to eat flesh and one more argument he is putting forth is that it is more sinful to hurt a handicapped than a normal person. Here, he is comparing the handicapped person to plants(plants exhibit pain as per Sir. Jagadish Chandra Bose) and normal person to animals. Then, he is asking the question, now which is better , non veg or veg? Is he right? To be honest it sounds logical and makes sense. Please let us know your views. Hari Om.

Harj om. Dear Swamiji, I went to guruvayoor had darshan of lord. Before going to guruvayoor , l decided to buy a bhagavatham book. After darshan l went to devaswam bookstall, and l saw many versions of bhagavatham. The main one was pundit Gopalan nair author, 8 volume full bhagavatham. I thought for a moment , if I will be able to read and grasp the bright Grantham. With full faith on guruvayoorappan, I believed he will help me to read and purchased the whole volume. Poojya Swamiji, All our epics have been written by various Rishis. How can a person narrate each and every instance so clearly when that person was not present in that situation. It is really confusion after we try to understand it deeply. It really looks like stories our Rishis are trying to tell just like Rabbit and Tortoise story. We all know it is only a story told to pass on a morale. Is it true in case of our epics too.
