I was initiated on 28th Dec 2005 and have studied complete works of Swami Vivekananda,Advaita Vedanta of Sri.Sankaracharya,Brahma sutras,The ten cardinal Upanishads and many other spiritual works.Now I am aged 64.Can I practice Raja yoga without any guidance ?.( Swami vivekananda has mentioned that it is dangerous to practice it without guidance ).Here at Ernakulam I have seeked the guidance of Brahmakumaris.But I am in a doubt that whether they can teach me the real Rajayoga which was mentioned in Swami vivekananda,s book. I wish to practice it only to speed up my spiritual progress and my Param poojya guru is not reachable in the near future.So please advice. Xavier joseph.
