“Harate avidyam” or remover of bondages is Hari. Aum is the cosmic vibration that takes one beyond all gunas to transcendence. By saying it together we mean “salutation to the remover of bondages, which is itself the cause of transendence to Sat-chit- anandam. Hari Om.
Realization happens in a second when you are ready and available to the divine grace. To explain what it is…. Is like asking to explain what “sweet” means. Certain things are experiences beyond words. Realization is one such entity. When you get there, you will know. Hari Om.
