thanks for earlier reply ji some temple prohibit people touching priest saying the concept of purity and impurity………is this valid ji/? if at all such notion exsist for society ,for an enlightened guru/priest even impurity should be a part of god so how could they prevent people from touching them ji ——–?

Pranamam Swamiji. We met at the Mayur Vihar Phase-III Sapthaham. I just want to know how to overcome the mental stress and negative thoughts. I am doing Japams and chanting Vishnu Sahasranamam. Learning Narayaneeyam also.Now a days I am not able to concentrate on things & there is no positive thoughts coming in my mind. Am depressed because of this. How to overcome this situation?
