Chith is the memory part of mind where all strong impressions are stored. It affects your karma and hence karmaphalam. HariOm!
Sleep must be adequate for the individual. If you wake up relaxed and energetic, that is good amount of sleep for you. It may be 6 to 8 hours for an adult can vary according to age and health. HariOm!
