Swamiji, I really am grateful for your guidance through your answers for so many years ,they have helped me get clarity.I had met you when you had come here at cbd and I do meditation at times but I just can’t do it for more than 10 minutes.One good person who is also inclined towards spirituality at work told me that my zodiac sign gemini is such that mind will always be fluctuating,it’s symbol itself is twin mindedness.Is this true ,so will it be more difficult than others for me to bring my mind to a spot,I try focusing on my breath to bring calm and focus to my mind.I have gained better clarity through listening to discourses,your answers and a few good books that I read but I still am not able to get the mental strength that I so much try for and hope to reach.The test is when some one at work throws negativity constantly for reasons I don’t know and I assume it’s a reflection of their own state of mind,it still affects me slowly and then it become a small part of me and worse is sometimes I project that onto some one else I meet though that other person might be innocent and pure yet I still doubt them.This slowly becomes a vasana and I want to bring my mind out of this tendency so I can improve myself and be able to bring more joy to the people who love and care about me.Please share your guidance with me.Thanks so much for your guidance and blessings.

Pranam Swamiji, i am doing meditation, sadhana, nama japam, pranayam etc.. for many years. But still i get bad thoughts. As said when we watch thoughts as an outside witness, thoughts will vanish. But still i suffer. A swamiji said before ” amrithu” got many bad things including kala kuda visham arrived like that don’t worry let the bad thoughts come and go, it is as per past life vasanas. But how long we shud suffer, any short cut for bad thoughts shud not come at the time of nama japam or meditation. Pls advs.

Pranam Swamiji, A senior scholar priest arranges bali tharpan to thousands on sivarathri and karutha vavu. After tharpan, while giving the dhakshina, people will try to touch his feet but he never allow to touch his feet on a reason that their negative energy will pass on to him. Is this correct? We used to take blessings of our parents, teachers, seniors by touching their feet, but this is a new info.and afraid to do so.. What is your opinion. Pls advs..

Swamiji. In our Indiam culture, a widow dont put sindoor or even a red bindhi. Also in some places they dont even wear colored dress or sarees or even attend marriages or functions. Does our Puranas say to follow such custom. What is the reason behind this. These widows once before marriage were kids..daughters..girls..etc. They were keeping these too . But why not after she becomes widow. Does our culture really says so.

Hari Ohm. When you involve in manthra chanting your mind absorbs energy from earth to stimulate the brain. Earth can pull only your physical energy . However if you are not involving mind in your japam then you may loose not only physical energy but mind’s energy as well.

I am son of Mrs. Kamala who has now started to lead her life with bagavatham. she used to listen to your bagavatha saptagama and she read it daily. she used to advice me with the key points of bagavatham ofn how to face the life. Past 4 months I have been jobless and used to get frustrate and go very down. She used to advice me in the same way. I used to do poojaand ray for wellbeing of all my families but this jobless hunt continues. why i am not being answered by god even heartfelt prayers
