Pranams Swamiji I am a person undergoing treatment for depression for the last 12 years and taking medicines since then. even during treatment i have had about three bouts of depression. i was introduced to yoga and am practicing the same for a few minutes every day. i am also trying to meditate by trying to imagine the form of God but i am not able to visualise properly. I keep practicing but there has been no significant improvement. Swamiji as yourself has advised in most discourses – to keep practicing regularly, i keep following the same routine. My wish is to get out of the negative feelings so that i dont fall into depression and stop taking medicines which have started causing visible side effects. Please give me guidance

I am unmarried and 55 years old now. I am chanting Hare Krishna maha mantra and other mantras. I am presently working in a private firm. I want to devote my remaining life chanting Krishna’s names and mantras always after resigning from my wordly activities including job since I want to go to Vaikunta after bodily death and get salvation to my ancestors. My only worry is where to get facilities for taking daily baths and food. My aim is to finish chanting 18 crore times but only if I devote my full time for that I can accomplish that. Please advice.
