Dear Malathyji, Ekadasi means eleven. Five Jnanendriyas and five Karmendriyas and the eleventh is Mind. So focus on your mind and purify it through Sadhana and Satsang. So, we should follow Ekadasi every moment. HariOm!

Viji Ji, I am so sorry for the delayed reply. Was so hectic with Sapthaham. Please ask KRKji to keep the Sapthaham immediately after KHNA.because the other two Acharyas will have to stay back without any work. HariOm!
Please do Yoga and Pranayam before meditation. You can listen to Gitanubhuthi early morning in a low volume. It will help you a lot. HariOm!
Sradham is a ritual not to please or uplift others it is to educate and culture oneself. The mind which is separated will enter in to another body so this sradham has no meaning to them. HariOm!
