Swamiji,why most of the youngsters r not attracted towards Bhagavat Gita?Is it its complexity which keeps them away?Even i ddn”t know that ”Gita”is closely related to our life and can be practised in life until my mother turned towards it after her retirement.till then I thought that Hindu culture means visiting temples,pray before unbelievable forms of Gods,reading Ramayana (something not understandable which i never practised)during the month of ”Karkidaka”,stories of Kings,animals,wars etc,which were interesting at the school time.Now am 28 years.I regret that Y i never happened to hear the essence of ”Gita”from people like u before.I invite your kind attention to this problem among children in Hindu community.

Dear Jayasankar, For me, Guru means the Chaithanyam within. Vayu is the pranavayu. Puram means this body. So Guruvayoorappan means the intellect that guides me towards the real Truth.

Good Day Swamiji, I am Aravind Ashok from Singapore. I am studying in Secondary 2. I used to see the bhagavadam teachings in Asianet.I tried to understand what the message is derived from these teachings as my malayalam is not that good.My mother helps me transalate the meanings of what you say during the telecast. I enjoy your jokes very much ha! ha! I visited your site and i am very impressed to see a wonderful aspect of bhagavadam village. Here in Singapore, everything is high-tech, including farming. It is very nice to see the cows and thier calfs running about freely rather than being housed in stalla at a high-tech cattle farm. I look foward to visit bhagavadam village once it is completed. Pranam Chaithanyaji. My family use to watch your programme in Asianet last week onwards. We all like your programme very much. Now I wish to ask you one question that My mother in law expired last year and we brough our father in law with us. He is 82 years old. He is very stubburn. He feels that we should not go any where and we always take care of him and all the time seving him. I always think that I should not make any mistake and think of keeping him happy but to my unfortunate I am fed up by looking after him. My husband and me both are working.
