‘Alochana’ is unresourceful thinking (wasting time and intelligence) and ‘Chindanam’ is resourceful thinking that facilitates in taking wise decisions. HariOm!
Observation of breath and thoughts can be various meditation techniques. Please attend a Sapthaham or camp for more clarity. In the initial stages, you can experience the outflow of various emotions. Then mind will settle down. HariOm!
Meditation is the total involvement in the present moment without any thoughts. Mind becomes a ‘cloudless sky’. For a beginner a peaceful environment is needed to enter that state. Later, your mere presence makes the environment peaceful. Whatever you do becomes a meditation. HariOm!
