You can get the book from many book stalls. Depending on your mental state and impressions, your experiences in initial stages can vary. But ultimately, you will feel peaceful. HariOm!

I started doing meditation as per the suggestions given by swami Udit ji. However, I could not feel the inner silence. Please advise for further steps.

Revered Swamiji, Pranams! It is our experience that in some families misfortune is happening one by one. There may be successive deaths, family disputes or divorces or untimely deaths of young people in the family. Generally it is believed that these kinds of misfortunes are happening because of CURSE (Shapam) of ancestors or certain deities and it is endorsed by astrolegers also. It has been told by wise persons that we should believe in a thing only if it has got scriptural sanction, logic and experience (Sastraam, Yukthi and Anubhavam) to some one. We all know who is Bhishma / Devavrata the 8th son of Kuru King Santanu untill he gives up his body in the battle field of kurukshetra after handing over the Vishnu Sahasranama / Bhishma Stuti to Yudhistra. Why was he pierced with 100 arrows is a question which is still unknown to me. Yes many curses and rebirth has happened to kill Bhishma is again few incidents i am aware. Radhekrishna!!!!
