Thoughts are like sparks of energy fired. Understand, no body can destroy the thoughts but every one can reform and transform the thoughts. Practice meditation and Japam with total surrender or involvement, and see the change within. HariOm!

Sootha is the name of great Rishi, who heard entire Bhagavatham from Sri Suka when he was explaining to Parikshit Raja. Later Sootha narrates this Bhagavatham to Saunaka Rishi at Nymishikaranyam. Sootha means the one who can guide. HariOm!
