Mind is unpredictable and you can not say how it will react to a situation. But with constant Japam and Meditation you can overcome the negativity. HariOm!

Those who meditate regularly have no fear of death and disease as they know that they are not the mere physical body. HariOm!
You can sit in Sukhasan, do Pranayama with AUM chanting in a low volume and deep breath. Experience the inner silence. Meditate regularly and establish yourself in that inner silence. HariOm!
